I set up the deep bed for my wrasses and my jawfish. I actually prefer a deeper bed. And I’ll vacuum it sometimes but I let the cuc do some of that work for me.

Well, another situation I had to deal with. Had to remove my larger toadstool. It had looked moody for a little while, but despite looking like it had a few small divots in the disk it was still opening up, albeit going full withdrawal a few times. The kicker was I noticed a few of my Gonis and Alveopora withdrawn, so I took an educated guess it was the toadstool starting to release terpenes. Removed the toad and did a 15% water change. The offended corals are looking better, but I’ll probably do another small change tomorrow .

That's always something I worry about with leather coral. They can nuke a tank if precaution isn't taken

I stuck them all together so it was 1 photo. Made a random post with said photo. Opened the photo in a new window. Copied the address and pasted it.

Yes leathers can really cause issues. I need more carbon as im sure my trees are being scrubs and britches....
