STARFISHES IN CORAL! Is this bad?

Recently got a new paly, not added to dt and found multiple of these slim starfish on them? Are they pests? What shoudl i do? Pls help. IMG_1303.jpeg

cant tell if they are bristleworms or starfish either are fine. Dip it in revive or coralrx or something to get what ever else might be hiding though.
like garf said palythoa are toxic, so be careful fragging or cleaning that rock

they arent sooo toxic that you cant get near it but it is best to be careful and handle with gloves. Fragging or cleaning rocks with palys is usually the biggest cause for concern. Palytoxin is no joke, but the way garf put it was

I'll add a little context here. My wife is an avid gardener. A lot of these plants are toxic, some of the seeds are deadly. Lesson 1, Do not eat the plants growing in our garden. If you can't resist licking stuff, don't go in the garden.
