What is in my sailfin’s mouth and yellow tang head? Sailfin has had it a his mouth for like 2 weeks but yesterday it looked like it fell off or pop or something. And the yellow tang’s just appeared today. Videos are today(i tried my best) and photos are of the 9th of June.

Yellow appears to be a victim of aggression/tail nipping and can be the sailfin or other occupant and sailfin appears to have impact injury crashing into glass or other structure, or even glass surfing, going/rubbing up and down tank glass. While both will heal on their own, focus on sailfin mouth . . . should it turn red or sore may require treatment in separate tank using seachem Kanaplex

Lots of activity in that tank. The sailfin likely got startled and ran into something. The little yellow tang is undergoing some low level aggression from one or more fish. I’d isolate the yellow tang with a tank divider until it grows a bit larger.
