Hey thanks gang !!!

John, I am glad you like them! Have yours opened up yet?

I got them from a friend in Florida whos wons and operates an ornamental fish and coral collecting facility.
Those came from Florida if you can believe that LOL!!
They were wild collected.
I am growing a bunch of them out for resale.

My camera is a crapy 4 meg canon a520 power shot.
Take sGREAT close ups but fuzzy as ****e pics of my tank any more than 3 feet away.
FTS on the way....

Specs...

Old school 100g perfecto. ( Atleast 30 years old) 60" long x 18" wide x 20 1/2" tall. no center brace and the glass is 1/2" thick !!! This sucker weighs close to 200lbs EMPTY LOL!!!

I am running to SUPER CHITTY 14k 250w DE MH hammy's.
CRAP for growth out of them. I am thinkng of going with pheonix DE's or Radium if Radium makes a 250 de?
I am also running 2x 96w actinic .03 pc's.
I made or had to "rebuild" every thing in and on my tank equipment wise.
Saved about $2k doing that thouhg LOL!!
I started with a bare fixture I bought new with reflector. I cant remember for the life of me where I got it though?
I bought my balasts new off ebay from a regular joe whjo didnt need them.
they are ARO 250w electronic balasts. I bougt them for $50.0 each.
Got the rest of my lighting acsessories frm hellolights, and reefgeeks.com.
I bought a section of tempered glass to fit the canopy from a local glass shop. and ofcourse I have two fans in the canopy. one pusher, one puller.

I have roughly 100 lbs of aragonite and crushed coral in there with roughly 125-150lbs of rock.

I bought a factory new but damaged proquatics pro125 wetdry for $65.0 with every thing from ebay. All I did was repair it with weldon, ditched the point of sale factory skimer, and bought a D&D Marine Terminator II recirc skimmer.
That was a display with missing ball valves I bought it new for $50.00 ( its a $180.00 - $200.00 skimmer LOL!)
I also ditched the bioballs and added 2olbs of small rock rubble.

I have so many corals and inverts I dont even want to list them all LOL!
(SERIOUSLY)
I am "The Propagator" on Nr.com just check out my tank thread in my sig.
I have prety much every thing listed there with pics. I dont have EVERYTHING listed though because I have multiples of every thiing lol!!

For circulation I am using an AP5400 off brand return pump rated @ 1400 gph with split return.
2 cap 1800's and 2 MJ12's.

I use two 6 inch clip on fans to keep the tank cool, and an off brand submersible 350w heater.

I dose:
Reefcomplete
Coral accel
Iodine
Essential elements
B-ionic parts 1 &2
Reef carbonate as back up.
Strontium
Molybdenum

I feed:
phytoplex
Microvert
Oyster eggs
Cyclo-peez
Brine
Krill

Ph: 8.3
Amonia. -0-
Phosphates: -0- ( that I know of LOL! havent gotten a replacemet kit in a while)
Nitrates: -0-
Nitrites: -0-
SG: 1.025 measured with refractometer and I only use Oceanic sea salt.
Temp: a stable 80.5 deg. F.

I have a round 100- 125 blue legged hermits, around 50 astreas, 50 ceriths,
20 scarlets, 3 lettuce nudibranchs.

2 yellowtail damsels, one blue devil fiji damsel, and one domino damsel.

Those arent for looks though. They are natral comensial flat worm and zaonthid eating nudibranch predators.
I dont feed them, they eat from the reef and are fat and happy.

Yes, they opened within minutes of being placed into the tank. The photos do not do them justice!

Here's a couple pics of them next to my frag of PPE, which lost a lot of color from being grown under PCs for so long before I upgraded to MH. My camera doesn't capture bright colors very well with the MH on either, must be the metering.
