So I am generally horrible at pictures but got a few today of some frags in one of my tanks thought turned out ok, but still struggle to get clear focus. Some are better than others but they just don't seem as crisp as they could be. Taken with all flow off from the open top. Anyone have suggestions for shooting with S22 phone?

Believe its a combination of handshake and not accurate focusing. When u click on the subject to lock focus don't move the phone as u will throw focus off. Also make sure ur hand or the phone is very stable by supporting ur hand on the top of the glass or on braces..
An orange filter might help a bit with colors.

^^^ This. Or you could try manual focus in pro mode but it can be tough on a phone screen. Also in pro mode you can change the white balance. Usually 10k is pretty good under blues without having to use a filter. Tho your colors look better many I see people posting. All that said phones, at least for me are not the best tool for photography. It's convenient but no where near the best tool. If only I had kept my photography gear that I sold before getting into reefing .:confounded-face: I'm on an S21 so they should be similar

They might be too far down. I get the new ultra every year just for the camera.

The depth plays a pretty decent role with imagine quality. You want to be on the regular wide angle less then 3x zoom for the photos to look somewhat decent. Could also be the shakey hand.

Thank you that is a good point I may be zooming too much and lose that crispness. Beautiful pictures of nice coral there!
