Stand is currently in PA but I frequently travel to Towson/Essex area and can transport stand.
Beautiful custom stand. Solid wood stand with decorative knobs. 2x4 frame, 3/4" birch, covered in quarter inch hardwood plywood, trimmed in pine, Spar Varnish finish. Inside of cabinets are painted black. Upper part of stand detaches for transport or for larger tanks. Originally built for 40 gal long tank, but could handle 75 gal or 90 gal as built, or possibly larger with modifications.
With upper part of stand, area where tank would sit is 46" x 19.5" (can handle a tank longer than 46" if tank is 14" wide or less, where one end of the tank would go into upper part of stand).
Without upper part of stand, could hold dimensions up to 65" x 19.5".
Bottom cabinet opening for sump is 39.5" x 17" x 17" high.
Top surface of stand is designed with lip and drain system so that any spill can be captured in lower cabinet - can provide 7 gal Aquatank along with stand if desired.
Upper part of stand has space to hold the extra equipment you might use for saltwater or coral reef tank, and it has removable wooden piece that can be put in place to better hide equipment. There are openings to allow wires to run from upper to lower cabinet and from lower cabinet to outside of the stand.
Overall stand dimensions: 68.5" x 22", lower part 25.5" tall, upper part 57" tall.
