can anyone help me ID this soft coral and give any advice on lighting and flow?

colt coral is common name cladiella is proper I think

I used to see these also called tree coral but care is the same either way.
moderate to high lighting they can tolerate low lighting but won't grow and if you notice it shrinking give it more light, they like enough flow to be moving around quite a bit
