Hi,
I started a new tank in 3/23 with dry rock. I had a messy dino issue a few months in, which at the time I attributed to both nitrates & phosphates being at 0. Dosing neoNitro & neoPhos, along with h2o2 & microbacter 7 solved the dino issue. I kept doising the neophos for too long. I think it was binding to my rock. The levels stayed low, so I kept dosing. Now my phosphates are sky high. Somewhere around 1.3. I think this is my own fault from all the dosing. So now I need to lower it as it unbinds, if my research on this forum is accurate. GFO has done nothing (in media bags). I ordered Agent Green. I have an AIO IM SR60, which is basically a 40 breeder plus filter chamber. I plan to dose into a filter sock. I ordered 50 micron socks. Is this low enough? Will my usual 200 micron sock be enough? Long story for an easy question, but wanted to give all the info. Thanks!
