(slight emergency?) Red Sea reefer g2 350 / growing cheato algae in sump...

hello, I ordered some algae and it will come in two days. I don't have a refugium, so I am wondering if I could grow algae in the sump without using the reservoir... I have a heater, lights, 2 return pumps, 1 skimmer and 1 reef mat in the sump

Can't forget about it. Will need to be harvested from time to time. The larger the mass, the more nutrients it absorbs

so in my 350 sump, the first chamber is filtration obviously, second I have my skimmer and third I made a refugium because the area is bigger, add it there and you might have to add a small powerhead to get it to tumble for better results.

Don't forget a refugium light to help it grow.
