My reefer 350 blew and when I contacted customer service just to ask if I could buy just the glass tank and if it fit the first model cabinet, the representative put me through weeks of sending pictures. Then receipts. Then my name. 3 weeks later just to tell me they think I falsified documents. I would never buy a Red Sea anything again just from my customer service experience.
