I captured this photo of one of my yellow staghorn damsels trying to blend in between my nepthea and rock last night. Any of you have neat pictures of your fish "sleeping"?

That's an awesome shot of your foxface! It seems that quite a few fish like being supported by coral at night
If he can't see you then you can't see him. I think that's how it works hahaI got up early one morning several years ago and first thing I noticed was this guy like this.
At first I was heart broken. This meleagris wrasse was one of my favorite fish.
Then I looked closer and noticed what looked like gill movements.
I took the picture and the flash must have woke him up.
2 minutes later he was up and swimming around.
I guess he figured if his head was buried he was safe.
That's pretty odd. It must be finding something to eatJust found my yellow coris Wrasse after sleeping in the sand for over 1 month! I was stirring the sand and he popped out and then reburied himself. I didn't think they could last longer than 2 weeks?
