Skimmers and a Light

I have a Vertex IN 80 and Vertex in 100 skimmers. Just a couple months use on each, I need more room in my sump so I'm getting a space saver RO . $120 for the 80 and $150 for the 100. Also have a 36" Aquatic Life 2x150w MH and 4 bulb T5 combo. I'm considering going with a second Radion over my 72 and seeing if i can sell this fixture locally.

THat's the HID version not the HQI version that I have.

from the looks of it it looks like that was never resolved.

my situation was when I was new to the hobby, I went to a reefer that sells frag, I bought some nuclear green zoas, but I noticed a single strand of algae on it, I asked the guy, is that a bad type algae, he said no that's a good type algae let it grow then cut it and put it in your sump, it turned out to be Bryopsis, it covered everything, caused me to leave the hobby for a few years, I called the dude and he said next time you should dip the corals before putting them in your display, again I was a noob and part of that was my fault. wish he would of told me that in the first place.

significant price difference. Same number of bulbs and wattage, just mine has the more powerful DE HQI bulbs and I think only it has dual ballasts and a single cord.
