skimmer cup - dry skimming - filling up within 24 hours

still fighting my cyanobacteria outbreak in my tank.
I have 7 fish, Inverts, and a few coral frags.

skimmer is working great. I have it set on a dryer skim. Within the last week or so, I noticed the skimmer cup is filling up with bubbles. sometimes the bubbles are sleeping through the air holes in the skimmer cup. are there any concerns with the cup filling with bubbles within the 24 hour time frame? I'm certainly not complaining, but it's skimming a lot! not like I have a large bio load.

When I ran skimmers mine would do that when I was skimming very dry. It never seemed to hurt anything.
