Well I am working with the hosting company to resolve issues not from the recent upgrade. So there will be times when we shut things down to repair or analyze.

Look at it with mixed emotions - growing pains!

From my years in IT I learned that when the PC gurus performed an "upgrade", several things wouldn't work the way they did yesterday.
