2 Clowns in a 14 is not a good idea IME ... too small a tank for two, and in fact IMO even for 1 ... as you will have a hard time adding other fish that the Clown will not chase around ... Clowns like a lot of space and when the tank is small they become very territorial .... maybe when they ae very small it looks like all is OK but when they grow that is when issues may start s oI would give some thought to not keeping two in that small tank ... and maybe trading the other one two for other fish ... FWIW

Even if they are the only fish in there? I didn't plan on adding any other fish. I did this cause my green spotted puffer decided he liked the taste of clown(after being good for 2 years). I don't think the tank is big enough for the puffer, who is only 3 inch's.

Albert I know you from Jaxreef and trust your opinion, I'm open to suggestions.

My options right now are to move the puffer into the 14 and the clowns into a 20L(that will be tied into my 75 via the sump) I can't get rid of the clowns cause my.my kid would hate me lol. None of them can go into the 75 due to an eel and lionfish in there

I guess you have a good point there, you don't want your kid to get upset ... are those clowns still small ? If so you can leave them but it is when they get larger that I think you need to look at some alternative ... for now if all is ok then I would just leave it as it is ...

I read about the jaxreef frag swap and was in touch with Christy about a speaking engagement but have not had confirmation yet but of course that event is still a few months away ...

Thanks ... what light are you using over that tank if I may ask ?

I have LEDs over the tank. Value version. Blues mostly with a bit of white for four hours a day, I believe.

The photo was taken using flash, otherwise everything's a bit too blue.
