Should I be concerned about this ICP test?

I just had my first ICP test done. It says I'm low on a lot of trace elements. And other things are off. I do 10%/week water changes, I wasn't expecting to have so much out of whack from this ICP. I use Brightwell salt.

Strangely, it says my salinity is low, I don't think so... I get 1.025 on both a calibrated Milwaukee tester and my GHL salinity probe.

Here's the link to the test results:

A decent chunk of the deficient elements should always read deficient or not detected. The only element I see that is low that should be corrected is Potassium. Daily dosing of iodine and manganese is usually a good idea as well. They deplete rapidly.
