Sexing nuger triggerfish

I don’t believe this species is sexually dimorphic unlike the ones from the Xanthrichthys genus.

The males will have streamers on their tail, if I'm not mistaken it appears streamers are forming and that would be a male. It will become more apparent at about 4", smaller may not indicate.
