SELLING A HOME WITH AQUARIUM

I will be selling my home this next year. My question is: have any of you sold a home with an active aquarium? Did you find this a detriment or an advantage to the sell?

I have not sold a home but I have had friends that have.....was always a detriment unfortunately. Both times it was an in wall aquarium with the potential buyers all making note that the wall would have to be repaired once the tank was removed. I guess it would depend on finding the right person.....kind of like selling a house with a pool.

Just cover it with a blanket or picture if the tank is in the wall.
