I am setting up a reef tank for the first time, and I was just wanting a second opinion on my lighting and what I can keep with it. I have an Innovative Marine 30l(Length 35.43" Width: 11.22" Height: 12.99") and am using two LED light panels. One is a Orbit Marine LED, and the second is a Orbit IC LED.(Their par levels are in the pdf attached). I was just wondering if I could keep higher light corals like acros, and anemones with these lights.

I have dual IC Pros on my 13.5g and I would say the answer is a solid no. It does OK, with softies, but you'll need something with more real world power for the LPS/SPS. Anemones should be fine, mine hides in the shadows most of the time anyway!

That tank is shallow which will help with those lights at 100%. You might be able to keep some things near the surface if you run carbon keeping the water as clear as possible.
Better idea would be to get different lights if you are serious about acros.
