Thinking about a scrubber for my Reefer 170 re-boot. Is the L2 the smallest? Seems like it might be overkill. What flow rate does it need?
it is a bit of overkill, but on the flipside, you likely wont' need any other kind of filtration. Generally the flow rate you need will be in the 150-200 GPH range (possibly less)

Still thinking about this for my tank. One issue I have is a ridiculous intolerance of noise. I have even sound proofed stands in larger tanks.

is a splashing noise inevitable?
