Scopas tang looks like zombie

Came home from work today and this is what my scopas looks like he was fine yesterday all other fish in the tank look fine and I’ve had him for 6ish years please let me know what I can do thanks

This fish is likely beaten and battered from aggression and obviously from a given tankmate, , , and a question of who?
Fish will have to be isolated and treated best with seachem Neoplex and added aeration until healing has progressed. Assure eyes are clearing also with treatment.
What other occupants are in the tank?

I have him in a 10gal qt now with aeration going as for tank mates 2 yellow tangs,purple tang,flamefin, leapord wrasses and fire fish all been in the tank together for 3years no issues

I did not have any peoples but I had furan 2 so I have him in that now

If you are 100% certain that another fish didn’t cause this damage, then flukes are a possibility. However, for flukes to do this much damage, you should see symptoms on other related fish in the tank……

I didn’t notice anything but it is definitely a possibility that it got beat up. Just crazy they were all fine 24hrs ago

I would carefully watch the rest of the fish in your tank - lets pretend one fish is the bully, once they get rid of 1 fish, they will often go after another. Did you add anything to the tank recently?
