I tried to take the best pics I can but I noticed my scoly hasn’t been wrapping around to the sandbed in the past 2 days. It’s usually happy and full. Upon further examination I noticed some white looking pest inside under its curtain area. Looks like a sponge but looks like a spider or a worm I have no clue. Does anyone know if this is anything? Looks like it’s eating it alive ):

Looks like a pineapple sponge. Although they are harmless filter feeders I would remove it coz it can shed the crown like fibre glass as I found out first hand with one of my mini maxis. That's what might stop the scolly from fully inflating.

I think they are referring to the dark looking hole to the right of the sponge?
No I mean the sponge lol. But I see tons of them now like atleast 3. Idk if scolys can move on their own?? But for some reason it seems like It rotated because I can see the backside more now and it seems like a bunch of critters on it. Long white worm shaped critter and pineapple sponge shape critter.

Is it stationary? It looks like a tube worm to me.

The scoly shouldn’t move on its own

The white tube worm is probably harmless given the location. If you want to remove it a flat head screwdriver should break it off

The sponge can probably be scraped off. And some hydrogen peroxide applied with a Q tip or paintbrush should clean the area and get rid of any leftover traces
