I try to find a balance with my heaters. If I can keep then on and off for at least 1 hour I’m happy. Doesn’t work always.

I was just going to reply to what you said the other day.
I've been thinking about it and I'm going to dial the heater thermostat down so it takes longer to heat instead of the constant on/off that currently exists. Right now it's on 30 min and off 20 min rinse/repeat

Now that it’s cold I been playing around with mine. Last winter I just changed my temp from .5 degree .8 I think to run heaters longer. The struggles are real lol

You're right though. And with winter coming it has made a difference already.

Nice! Have you got placements figured out for everything yet? I would highly recommend a frag rack until the RBTA settles in a spot so it doesnt roast any pieces during its search for a happy place.

About placement; Yes and no, not sure of the actual size of everything and what kind of plug they're coming on.
I do have an extra frag rack here and the current one in the tank only has one plug on it.

So after that message I feel I should put the nem up high on the rock bridge, center of tank.
Good flow, strong par and some decent holes for the foot to attach hopefully.

@RichtheReefer21 I don't have the extra cash this time BUT there are 2 absolutely beautiful arizona sunset BTAs up for grabs this weekend.
On top of that Frost Corals will most likely have some amazing nems too. Frost had that Colorado Sunburst this past spring. I'll take plenty of pics Saturday.

I got my rbta at about 6"... it's about 12" across now and luckily, has never moved once it found its happy place. I'm afraid to get more... too risky imo to have them walk for no reason most of the time.

Kinda like little kids at the fine china shop!

Frag swap was amazing yesterday, so many great people and vendors.
So many beautiful corals!
This is my haul from yesterday, that includes my daughter winning an unnamed acro, unnamed chalice and an expensive Darwin misbar longfin clownfish!! She's so excited!
Here's the photos from yesterday, last night after dip/acclimation and this morning under the lights.
New clownfish got harassed from the beginning, so I setup a makeshift acclimation box, going to set up the 20 tall again with the HOB filter and put that in my home office I'm currently in the middle of building.
Still waiting for the anemone to finish walking around until everything gets placed permanently.

So Tuesday morning I found Cooper the lawnmower blenny dried up into fish jerky on the floor behind the sump.
Ended up ordering 3 fish.
Davinci Roundtail Longfin to pair with my daughter's new roundtail longfin she won.
Striped "Fang" Blenny
Blackline "Fang" Blenny

They'll be here tomorrow (Thursday) I'll get pics and post them tomorrow when I get a chance.
