Your unboxing video shouldn't be of the corals, should just be a long steady shot of her face and disapproval while you gleefully open and sort your corals.
LOL wish I could make that possible but may skirt by if delivered before noon. She will be working till 1pm . so sorry i couldn't make that happen.

Growing bonsais is great. So relaxing to sit and trim them into the shape you want. The limit of what you can do is as big as your imagination.

Going to try getting this Lantana into a bonsai. They grow super fast here. Constant flowering all year.

Cool, I've always found them fascinating and tried to get my dad to adopt that as a retirement hobby. It didn't take, he liked gardening in general but was focused on roses, orchids, and things he could eat like tomato's.

On a side note though, since you have this plant you should get a Montipora lantana for your tank to match, they aren't super common.

I love Monti’s but I learned in my first reef tank many years ago how aggressive they can be. The Monti’s grew over everything. Break them off and they grow faster. Now, I like a few encrusting ones so they don’t try to shadow everybody.

These are from my first tank circa 2007. made every mistake you can possibly make when I started this one, but it grew pretty good. Notice LPSs higher than some SPSs. Biggest anemone I could find. I’ll have to say, it was a great learning experience. Most important was learning all the things not to do.

My gollum and hobbit jade, azalea, ginseng ficus, and elm. Watered them on my lunch break.

I hear you on Montipora. Lantana Montipora is a branching variety, which are easier to manage. My LFS has a huge one of these, I think they are interesting because they are just less than common, not expensive or anything.
