If people can have therapy iguanas, peacocks and even tarantulas(yes tarantulas) why not fish and coral. There’s a scientific reason that there are aquariums in doctors and dentists offices. And they’ve even shown that it works to calm Alzheimer’s people down.

Not that I am recommending doing this, but in theory you could write off your fish supplies as therapy. I would not want to be the person defending this in court, but it could legitimately be a medical expense if you have documented psychological issues. The medical deduction barrier is pretty steep, but there is a path if you really are looking for a way.
