Really only two things, but both are kind of unconfirmed speculation. For starters, they are different based on where they are collected. Lots of Aussie Acans have the same colors. Indonesian Acans have larger polyps and more than anything more exotic patterns. AND, this is the fun part, they can have patterns that are asymmetrical in the sense that they don't grow all with the same pattern. I think the most expensive one is a jawbreaker Acan. I have two Asian Acans so far, but I'll have to see them grow out more to confirm anything.
