I wouldn’t start with a carebears because that would be an expensive coral to lose but I am new as well and have many happy Gonis. I waited until I had success with a few before getting a carebears though.in your experience are gonis difficult to keep? i am still pretty new to the saltwater game
There is only one left in the VIP section now. It's a large one. I suspect it will be available tomorrow when everything left goes to the general sale. It's definitely one of the nicest looking gonis out there.SBB auction noob here Are care bears gonis only available to VIPs? i’d love to bid on one but didn’t see any in the regular auctions.

They can be very finicky. Happy for weeks and then ticked off for weeks. Most of mine have been happy but I have one that is the problem child. I dose phyto daily and target feed reefroids every now and then and they are growing.in your experience are gonis difficult to keep? i am still pretty new to the saltwater game
In my experience torches and hammers are pretty easy. Just be careful if you decide you want to cut off a dead head or something. They will shatter if you don’t use a dremel or something.ok cool, thank you! my main focus on corals right now are mushrooms, leathers, and zoas, but i am really eager to get a torch or a hammer
