I just don't buy online anymore. My success rate is so low even for quarantined fish but I've literally never lost anything I've bought localI am going to discuss reef related stuff today too. Good distraction. One thing I’ll say is I don’t know what kind of luck people have had using Reef Pro for fish, but the Black Back wrasse was found passed away in the back right side of the tank. Was eating and seemed ok for the most part up to date before yesterday. Can’t tell you about yesterday as I was at work for 16 hrs. My Gold Assessor seems to be doing ok, being more active in the evening. Except for the Assessor all my fish that are in the tank came from PetCo. Including the Mel. And all have good from the get go.
Oh, so you did get an assessor, named Excelsior of course right. Does it swim upside down, they are supposed to have weird swim patterns which makes them appealing since they are weirdos.I am going to discuss reef related stuff today too. Good distraction. Yes likes to swim almost vertical too. Seems most active when the whites are off in the evening.Oh, so you did get an assessor, named Excelsior of course right. Does it swim upside down, they are supposed to have weird swim patterns which makes them appealing since they are weirdos.
Unfortunately at least for the Discus I needed to go online . I’m probably going back to PetCo . The irony is that they had a healthy looking Black Back there the day I got the Melanurus .I just don't buy online anymore. I meant to ask, how is the cristada torch?Decided to get a second Nero 3. I really like the flow control using the Bluetooth app. Replacing the Sicce I think in front. And also some SBB torch eye candy.
Any problems I have ever seen have been from reef flux. I've only use blue vet flux rx at full dose and added a half dose more about 14 days in. Then put in carbon/water change at about 21/22 days. You may be able to microdose reef flux though with results.
Reef Flux didn't work for me. Flux RX did.
