Wow had to look into that. I guess they use robusta coffee beans instead of the normal arabica. Did not know coffee could have that much caffeine. That’s insane!

No different than any type of intestine or tripe you might eat. It sits in poop for the lifetime of the animals and it's just washed out like as filter sock and then eaten, yum yum.
