Just want to leave a positive data point from my recent experience buying about a dozen corals from SBB. Corals arrived perfectly healthy. During dipping, literally nothing came off these corals. I’ve never had that happen before. They were beautiful and the sizes were bigger than expected. Shipping was perfectly executed, from directly contacting me with a picture of the shipping label to verify address, to the packing method, etc.

I was buying at one of their auctions. Started to bid and noticed a problem with their “proxy bidding” functionality. Since I didn’t want to watch every item, I decided to stop bidding after winning a few. A few minutes later, Shane the owner reached out to thank me for participating in the auction. I thought it was an automated text but it was Shane himself. I asked him about the bidding problem, and we had a back and forth over texts that gave me a lot of confidence that he would refund me for any problem that resulted from the auction. I continued buying. I reached out to him for check out and he absolutely refunded me immediately more than I was owed. It was just a small amount of money but the gesture was impressive.

I won’t hesitate to buy from SBB Corals again. Shane and his team are doing it right.
