Saved this guy - Sphaeromatid Isopod? seaPill?

Dipped a stylophora and Monte Stella coral and saved him, have him in a bowl w shells, sand and water. He darts and doesn’t curl up when touched. Would like to know if he’s okay to put in the tank - It’s sized like the head of a very small pencil tip.

Yeah, that's a male Sphaeromatid isopod - good guy:

only male Sphaeromatids have those huge prongs on the side of the tail (the elongated uropods next to the telson).
