Probably birds nest soup. Had it while in China and they make the broth with a whole bird nest in it. Sposed to be pretty good for you.

Not me, but my daughter and son-in-law were school teachers in remote Alaska just out of college. In the villages no roads in or out. They got to go out with the residents and experience true Alaska native hunting on the water. They could only observe not participate in any way. They got to eat seal, whale blubber ( muktuk) I believe it was called, otter, and I can't remember the rest during potlatches. Basically community feasts.

Cow intestine in Argentina. Honestly was pretty good, weird texture but had a decent flavor to it.
