Never heard of Cade before but have always been a happy Algae Barn customer. Cades are definitely sleek setups. If I had to pick, I'd be down for the PR2 -1200. I love the integrated switches, it helps keep wires and devices clean and functioning well.
I've been following the series on Reef Builders where Jake is doing a build with a CADE and have been really impressed! I like all the small touches that add up, like a built in ATO, the power rail, and including a screen top. All the things that normally add up after you make the initial tank purchase.
I know a lot of people like the DIY options for their tanks. I love the stuff done for me so seeing everything that is integrated is awesome. Power management setup looks sweet! I might need to upgrade to a CADE over my reefer 425 when we move! Looks like a nice plug and play system while still giving me options for my own equipment.
A few updated pics. I move my Valentini puffer to a secondary tank I’ve had running for a long time. It had taken a liking to my Duncan coral a while back. I had moved the coral to that tank but it didn’t seem to be doing as well as I had hoped. So I swapped them. Coral is already a bit...
Official entry: I love that it comes with a stand of such quality. You can tell its made to last forever. You also have to love how cleanly they integrated the ATO.
