Hi everyone! Is it bad to siphon the sand bed? I cleaned the sand bed, then next day my six lines wrasse breathing heavily and hide under the rock all day. I have 1 more yellow tail in the tank and he is okay. Thank you everybody.

This may not be related. When was your last addition? Quarantine? Have some white light pics and a video of the fish?

Inverts fine? If snails and other fish are perfectly fine, I doubt this was a water issue.

If you do it regularly, yes.
If you clean occasionally, do parts at a time.
If this was your first time, you may have stirred up some noxious areas.
Carbon and water change if the fish has not improved yet.
Thank you i try to do that.
