San Fran Bay Brand Frozen Fish Eggs or R.O.E.™ - Real Oceanic Eggs - is one better than the other? Are they any different?

Looks like R.O.E. uses "Atlantic codd and Sai" eggs while San Fran Bay Brand uses "Capelin". These seem like very different fish, and could produce different quality eggs, or nutritionally different eggs for our tanks.
