Got a larger orange filter for coral viewing, more on the Amber side and tried it woth my phone camera for a few shots under blue lights. Isd my Samsung S22 in pro mode mainly playing a bit with WB towards 10k and a bit of tint adjustment to decrease the tint I was getting and believe it did well for the colors without yellow or orange tint. No post processing.

They look amazing, I'm still using a Samsung galaxy a51. Hopefully I can upgrade soon and even get an orange filter for shots like these. Definitely more tempting after I got my first few coral lol

wow ! May i know yours is the Base S22 or Ultra?
I'm using Base, but if i were to zoom in a little bit, it will be generating amounts of noise already.
how you shot your anemone? What setting & distance you zoom in?

I have a S21+ and if I take pictures of the corals close to the glass they are awesome! The orange filter is great and pro mode works very well.

I start have problems with the corals in the middle to back of the tank as trying to focus while using the filter (and a macro lens) just does not work well for me and my pictures are terrible. These are nice tho, good job.

Beautiful. The camera settings flexibility is the one thing I would love my iPhone to have.

Ultra, zooming a bit is always tricky as motion of phone and coral get exaggerated. From the shots above the milka stylo, is around the back of the tank the hirsuta is at the back glass, as well as the myagi tort which is at the back, tanks is rather wide at 34 inch front to back.
Also the acros are at the middle of the rank so I say around 10-15 inch so I definitely zoomed. Anemone without the bubbles is front side but one with bubbles is a around 10 inch from glass so believe I have zoomed for it as well. I just adjust exposure then with the wb to get colors right then adjust the tint a bit then stabilize the phone against glass and take the shot.

Indeed I'm surprised my iPhone doesn't have any of this flexibility or a real pro mode.

It‘s surprising to me especially since Apple seems to be pushing the phones to creative Professionals.

Indeed, then again I'm still on the 12 pro max so not sure if they improved the pro features on the latest releases yet samsung had a full pro menu since the s10 at least.

Fantastic shots (I absolutely LOVE that branching cyph).

I am also an S22 ultra. I miss the quality of my pixel (it was literally just point and shoot), but I have done pretty well in pro mode.

As far as I know they haven’t. I have a 13 Pro. Like it pretty well but even though the 14 Pro has a 48 pixel camera, the software remains the same .

I have a pixel, but I can't ever zoom. I get horrible quality when I zoom.
