Currently I have 2 clowns and a tailspot blenny in my 15. I have a pretty robust filtration system and the fish arent maxxing out my bioload capacity. Im thinking of adding a royal gramma to the mix. I have plenty of live rock that Ive made caves and hidey holes with. Would a gramma do well in this setup? Ive seen mixed things , but think that getting a healthy larger gramma would be ideal in preventing aggression. I saw a clown nipping at a RG in my LFS but this RG was small and runty and didnt seeem like it could fend for itself.

If you plan to add more fish, add the gramma last. Otherwise it will bully everyone that comes after it.

Other than that, your habitat is suitable for a gramma.

My gramma never bullied any fish new or old. Had it 12 years. It did cover most of the 250 gallon it was last in thought so I think 15 is too small personally as it was almost 4"
