I read a guy reusing these rolls up to 15 times or more. At that point your at 2 dollars a roll. I have a couple and I just keep washing when it’s time. Don’t use hot water as it could shrink by a 1/4 inch in width. The. It’s a little harder to keep centered.

I never finish anythi

Only costs me £17 every 3 months so I'm ok with that . Good idea tho . Tagging along for this one.

So the only 6” rolls of precision coolant paper on ebay are 22.50 for 2x50 yds plus 15 something for shipping. Although slightly longer than the stock fiji rolls the price is pretty much the same but the I/D of the fiji roll is much smaller than the precision roll. So honestly not saving any money unless I can get free shipping.

I’m hoping I can eventually get 3 months out of a roll. I’m interested if if I do use the 50yd rolls from precision if they will even fit on the system, especially once all 50yds are spent and rolled up on the scrap side, worried it may be too think and really bind up.

There are other options than what ebay shows. Email Steve @ precision, great guy to help the hobby. I order enough to last a year for all 3 tanks I use rollers on. Ive used 30 micron, 50 and 80. 50 micron from him seems to be the sweet spot in my application(s).
