Hello everyone, since I upgraded to a bigger tank. My water changes uses a lot more water, and means more trips to the LFS for RO water. Was looking into getting a RODI unit but can’t decide which one. As usual, I don’t want to break the bank lol.

I am also going to post my city’s water tests to the forum to see if I get better help and answers from you fellow reefers!

Thank you!

I have the BRS 6 stage 200gpd unit and love it. So fast to fill my ATO, fast to fill the water station tanks, first unit that I have owned that I would say is great.

My suggestion would be to get a rodi that uses the traditional 10" filters. The aquaticlife rodi that you posted is cheap but it's going to be more expensive to replace the cartridges in the future. BRS sells a basic rodi for around $150, or on amazon you can get a cheap AquaFX Barracuda rodi for also around $150. The AquaFX is the one I use although I ended up adding extra stuff to it.

+1....I had one of those units and the filter cost is extreme.
