I think this is the right point for this question (sorry if not)... looking for advice on frag racks to add to the back. I like the thought of it looking like rock but none I've found look amazing so I'm not sure if I should give that up. I've found ones by Reef Rax, Aqua Rocks, and Reef Junky. Has anyone here tried these? Other brands? What do y'all recommend for taking your aquascape to the back wall?

I've made my own using small chunks of shelf rock and aquarium safe magnet glued to the backs. Let's me move the rocks on the glass depending on the corals needs. You can see them on the back glass of my tank.

Oh nice, didn't think of trying to make my own. Could certainly match the tank rock that way. Thank you! What reef safe magnets did you get?

Picked up these from Amazon. Used reef glue to attach them to the rock

It can take some time to soak though. pH and alkalinity are affected as it cures.

I built a shelf several years ago using black eggcrate, large magnets, and a product called Apoxie Sculpt to make it blend in with the rockwork. It worked really well and now holds a large hammer coral. I have since built several other structures to hold coral in the tank since then.
