I’ve never owned one, I am unsure what normal behavior isDoesn't look good, but I don't keep these.
@VintageReefer Do you keep these?
i had it for 5 days, not sureThat definitely looks abnormal. How long have you had it? Is it a Florida rfa or one of the newer ones from Belize?

yes, ill take one now when the lights turns on. Tank its about 6.5 months, salt 1.027, ph 7.7, temp 80.1.Please use words to give us more info.... parameters, tank age, how long you've had it, what else is in your tank, etc....
Is that a nighttime photo, why a nighttime photo? Can we have a daytime pic?
A daytime pic will help because they scrunch up at night, so its hard to judge. Thanks.yes, ill take one now when the lights turns on. Tank its about 6.5 months, salt 1.027, ph 7.7, temp 80.1.

Not saying it doesn't work but mine prefer being on rock. That nem looks like it's struggling. If it is one of the ones from Belize that I've read about there may be nothing that can be done to save it.One tip is to put them into a PVC cap with some sand or gravel, this way they stay put.
I use 3/4" but you could do larger.
