My Rock anemone has been moving around for a day or 2 and it doesn't seem to attached. I had let it be, she had gone to the back and was on the sand....so today I grabbed it and put it back on the front, its not deteriorating and it stayed open with the light, it looked like it had grabbed but then when it got dark it got side ways again and I noticed the bottom... is how they are supposed to look like or is there is something wrong with it?

That definitely looks abnormal. How long have you had it? Is it a Florida rfa or one of the newer ones from Belize?

Please use words to give us more info.... parameters, tank age, how long you've had it, what else is in your tank, etc....

Is that a nighttime photo, why a nighttime photo? Can we have a daytime pic?

A daytime pic will help because they scrunch up at night, so its hard to judge. Thanks.

One tip is to put them into a PVC cap with some sand or gravel, this way they stay put.
I use 3/4" but you could do larger.

Not saying it doesn't work but mine prefer being on rock. That nem looks like it's struggling. If it is one of the ones from Belize that I've read about there may be nothing that can be done to save it.

There's a post about them here
