Yeah, idk how you guys handle all that heat. Florida is hot, but you’re living on the sun! Every time we ship a box out that way I look at the temps for box prep like…
Shocked Bad News GIF
Definitely easier to ship from here than to here. You guys have to put heat packs in to get it past the snow on the way and then it hits us and catches on fire.

I actually ordered some fish from LiveAquaria once and they put so much cold packs in that the fish froze to death. :disappointed-face:

Don’t think I’ve heard to many positive shipping experiences with them. But fish are a lot harder to ship than coral!

Well, they use those insulated bags instead of Styrofoam lined boxes and then they use paper pads instead of packing peanuts. I assume it was an effort on their part to save some money on packaging. Interestingly enough the fish got and stayed too cold rather than getting too hot. Temperature outside was in the 90s and the water temperature was around 60.

So I’m curious. When you do drawings that have multiple ways to enter with either posting/screenshots etc. how on earth do you track entries? Purchase dollars etc seem much easier

We start from the beginning of the thread and tally everything up. It all gets put on a spreadsheet and we do a live stream where we pull the winners. It usually takes us a week or two to get it all together, but we will keep everyone in the loop when it’s time!
