Reusing frag plug

Is there anything I need to do to them before I reuse? I just don't see throwing them away if they are in good shape.

Probably best bet to give them a cleaning and dry them out to ensure no pests reside on them. You can probably pry off any remaining super glue or just remount frags on top of any glue or epoxy that remains. no reason to no reuse them!

A good soak in some bleach should kill any nastiness. Follow up with a good rinse and dry it out well and you should be good to go. You can scrape off any old corals or other growth with an exacto knife.

All my frags grow so fast I don't have time to remove them from the plug. The frag plug is consumed by the spectacular growth of the coral as soon as I take possession. [emoji41]
