Any recommendations on replacement skimmers for the Red Sea Max Nano G2 XL?
The skimmer that comes with the setup is INSANELY loud to the point I can hear it over the top of music/tv in our living area. Like a really loud buzz. Appreciate this will take some time to break in and may reduce in noise as it does? (Currently been running it a week and a half or so)

I hear the Tunze 9001 is a great replacement that fits into the AIO sump at the rear and is very quiet?

Any recommendations would be awesome.

Tunze makes great stuff. If one fits, then go with it. The square skimmers are pretty quiet but they do make noise - all tanks make noise. I have no idea if it will fit or work in your situation.

The loudest skimmer that I have ever heard is not louder than a TV or a stereo. No idea what is going on there.

Otherwise, help people help you. Most nobody will know what a Max G2 XL Nano is an how larger the chamber is, or whatever. Most won't want to go and search and look it up to help.

Is the sound from the pump vibrating or the venturi? There are things you can do to help both.

For replacements, what are the dimensions of the compartment?
