Personally, if you're going to have multiple LED fixtures and you like the Reefis, I would get 2 Unos before using 1 Uno and multiple bars.


If you like Kessils, they have good options for a 3 foot 40 gallon. An APX would cover it. 2 x 360s would do it. 3 x 160s might actually be the best option, especially with the tank only 13" deep.
2 Unis would be out of my price range though and overkill for the tank. I'll look into the kessils. Thanks

If I ever put together an all LED tank again, it will be Quanta bars and maybe a couple Kessil’s for shimmer, but I could easily just use a mix of Meso blues and tropic sun and call it a day. I think you could start with 3 bars to start, but 4 would probably take you all the way. @Lousybreed can guide you on what mix and how many.
Do they have brackets for mounting the bars? Can’t find any on their site.
