My last successful test was done on April 20th. After days of trouble shooting we have determined that stirring motor went bad. Today I have received replacement part for stirring motor but there are no instructions on how to actually replace it.
Could you please provide me with some guidance. Video would be best.

I had this same problem. Reach out to support directly and they will send you a link to a YouTube video. However, upon replacing the magnetic stirrer motor. That wasn’t actually the problem. What I would also recommend doing is looking inside the plastic belt to see if any of the wires were cut. Apparently that was the issue with mine. Drove me bonkers while I waited longer for additional parts to reach my home to repair on top of the tedious process to actually replace the wire. Good luck.
