I'm a little jealous of the Goni, not going to lie! Take pictures and save me a frag when it grows out!
I looked at the red goni, beautiful color.
I'm still scared of cyarinas, but they are cool corals.
I've had a couple of Dragonets in the past. I love them but they don't like me. I hope it does well for you! Congrats again.

Edit: Just realized it's a Trachy, not a Cyarina.

Like 3 months on the display 6 months on the qt tank
Do you have a good, steady population of pods on the glass and rock work after lights go out? Keep in mind, as tanks go through stages while aging you'll have population explosions and die offs. Once it stabilizes you'll see if you can support a dragonet. Also, captive bred often eat frozen or prepared feed.

Typically u can ask your lfs to order you fish. It’s how I’m getting my yasha goby when I couldn’t find any in stock. Except I believe it’s the brand b… something that has the captive bred ones. Only thing is they sell them as pairs at the moment

Some will, but it all depends on their distributors. Some rely on local distributors, some have national or international contacts.

Ahhh my area is lucky then, all 3 are willing to order except one is terrible and doesn’t quarantine. Everytime I go to get rock since theirs is the cheapest. I see ich in one or multiple or their tanks

I've got several LFS in my "area" but they're all dirty. I almost prefer Petco at times...

We usually can get any fish someone wants we are pretty responsive to requests ~

I doubt many LFS do any actual quarantine of 4 weeks because of the space requirements. Good ones will at least run a therapeutic regiment of copper and/or hypo salinity.

We do both, but we also sell the fish before they complete there 4 weeks QT, if we dont sell them then after 4 weeks they are healthy we move them to our "salty lagoon" (and usually raise the price slightly for the efforts). Fish from our salty lagoon we have had on hand for over 4 weeks and they have been inspected for overall health.

We focus a ton on corals but we are a pretty great supplier of fish as well!
