I have a brand new never used Reef Breeders Photon 60-w. I opened it up to test it, but that's all. I paid nearly 700.00 for it. I'm asking 500.00.
The Photon series is our flagship line of lights. They are powerful and economical, with a built in controller that allows the user to easily program a sunrise, sunset, and moon light cycle. Each unit is made to our highest quality standard, with a built in heat-sink to extend the life of the LEDs. We only use efficient 3-watt Bridgelux diodes from the best production batches available.

The new Photon-W series includes a wireless hand-held controller that can program multiple Photon-W units at the same time. The programming is similar to the original Photon series, you can program the light to change every hour for a sunrise, sunset, and moonlight simulation. However with the W series you no longer have to go to the front of the light to program it, you can hold the controller in your hand like a smart-phone and change the program from a distance or through a canopy with ease.

The lights also include tank mounting kits for mounting on 60″ long tanks along with the original hanging sets, and now have a slimmer profile at under 1.75″ thick.

The Photon series is backed in the USA by our full 2 year warranty, which covers parts, labor, and shipping for the entire fixture.

The exact dimming channel breakdown is as follows: channel 1; 44 450nm royal blue, 4 480nm blue. Channel 2; 24 4500K neutral whites, 8 480nm blues, 4 660nm reds, and 12 410-420nm violets. Channel 3; 6 480nm blue moonlights, for a total of 102 3 watt LEDs. We put 120 degree optics on the reds and moonlights, and 90 degree optics on the remaining LEDs.
