Red turf algae

I have identified this red stringy algae as red turf algae and I'm wondering if there is a way to get rid of this. I pulled this picture from the internet under red turf algae. I purchased a few frags that had this growing on there plug. I tried a peroxide dip when the plug was removable and it killed it, but it came back strong. Now the algae is out of control on one large rock, that cannot be removed. Emerald crab?
